Common Questions
Helpful Information
When will the All About Breastfeeding Course resume?
It will be suspended for the next few years. I hope to reopen the course after my completion of nursing school. I would like to give the course the attention and dedication that it deserves and unfortunately I cannot do that unless I put in a significant amount of hours that I am currently unable to provide.

However, I did NOT want to leave my mothers in the dark! I am starting an educational blog about breastfeeding, birth, ante- and postpartum.
How will the blog temporarily replace the All About Breastfeeding Course?
I aim to post one blog a week, typically on a Friday or Saturday.
Because the All About Breastfeeding Course covers a vast array of education, topics seen previously in the course will be translated to written format.
The blog will lightly cover the course content and much more over time.
Is the blog free?
Yes, the blog is completely free! In the future I hope to monetize it, however it will always remain free to you.

The reason I chose to make the blog free opposed to the course is because while the blog covers a large variety of topics, I will not be personally available to answer questions on the spot nor do live critiquing of your latch and positioning.
That being said, I am always available by email / the contact page if you have any questions!
I came here for breastfeeding; why are there blogs about pregnancy, birth, and other postpartum topics?
While I have a profound passion and specialization in lactation, I would like Rumina Ubera to be a place for all women and their supporters in this transitional period of their life. As I see it, that covers not only breastfeeding, but perinatal, birth, and postpartum periods.

Furthermore, this period of a mother or soon-to-be mother's life can be stressful. You may come on here looking for advice about the future but find something that also helps you currently or at a different point in time.
